This class is a sensational mix of Zumba elements that I created myself by combining two Zumba programmes! It starts with 30 minutes of Zumba Step to train your lower body, and then continues with another 30 minutes of Zumba Toning to strengthen the upper body. Therefore just one class of Zumba Step Toning is a full body workout!

Similar to a bootcamp workout but based on music, it is a combination of High Intensity Tempo Training (HITT), bodyweight exercises and strength training. What makes STRONG different from other classes is that it focuses on Synced Music Motivation (every move is synced with the music) and the effect it has on the intensity of the workout.
Equipment: towel, mat, knee pads (if you have them) and a lot of strenght/stamina!

As a yoga-based class, Balance is a smooth flow of simple yoga moves, stretches, balance exercises and elements of tai-chi and pilates. Breathing control constitutes a solid part of the workout, and options will be provided for those just getting started. That's why Balance does not only strengthen the body, but it also calms the mind.

A modern version of classic balletic training; a workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions with modern music it is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

An aerobics style in which the instructor choreographs several short dance combinations and teaches them to the class. This is usually achieved by teaching the class 1-2 movements at a time and repeating the movements until the class is able to join the whole choreography together. This is followed by a strength section which uses body weight and/of dumbells exercises to strengthen muscles and a stretch routine to cool down and improve flexibility. Classes may include the use of equipment such as a barbell, aerobic step, or small weights.
Aerodance is een workout voor het hele lichaam waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van diverse materialen om de weerstand te verhogen.
