Zumba Gold offers a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower-intensity, with a choreography that focuses on coordination, endurance and balance.
This class is a sensational mix of Zumba elements that I created myself by combining two Zumba programmes! It starts with 30 minutes of Zumba Step to train your lower body, and then continues with another 30 minutes of Zumba Toning to strengthen the upper body. Therefore just one class of Zumba Step Toning is a full body workout!
